This notice applies to registration for the Widox × SIT Gurukul AI bootcamp in Muzaffarpur, starting 11 November 2026.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, email, city or district, student level, optional institution, Bihar eligibility declaration, consent, and registration and payment references. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank password.

Why we collect it

SIT Gurukul uses this information to manage your registration, verify payments and eligibility, track the remaining fee, and contact you about bootcamp arrangements. Organising staff can access registration information through the protected SIT Gurukul admin panel.

Payment processing

Razorpay processes payments for SIT Gurukul. Payment details are subject to Razorpay’s privacy policy. Supabase hosts the registration records in SIT Gurukul’s existing backend.

Bootcamp payments are non-refundable, including registration, full-fee and balance payments, subject to applicable law. See the non-refundable payment policy in the registration terms before paying. Requests about personal information do not change this payment policy.

The landing page may show remaining seat counts and anonymous notices of recent confirmed registrations. Student names, contact details and payment references are not included in these public notices.

Your browser

During checkout we use session storage to keep a private registration token and order reference, allowing this browser tab to retry or check payment status. We do not place advertising trackers on this page.

Students under 18

Please register with your parent or guardian’s agreement. A parent or guardian should review the session arrangements and payment terms before payment.

Contact SIT Gurukul on +91 93419 81643 to request access, correction, or deletion of registration details. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping requirements.
